Darren Criss: GLEE's Newest Cast Member!

When I discovered that actor/singer/songwriter DARREN CRISS was cast for GLEE, I almost screamed out loud! For those of you who are not familiar with his AMAZING work, DARREN CRISS starred in the most EPIC musicals, "A Very Potter Musical" and "A Very Potter Sequel". Let me tell you this: GLEE and AVPM&S are my two most favorite things IN THE WORLD! (Can you tell I'm psyched?) So, as you can imagine, when I found out I almost fainted on the spot! Those of you who are not STARKIDS, you have to watch these plays! It doesn't matter if you like Harry Potter, they're are as funny as hell!

Darren (who also played Matt Dallas's brother on Eastwick) is going to play Blaine, a cute gay student from the Dalton Academy Warblers, a rival show choir. Blaine will most likely be a love interest/boyfriend to Kurt (Chris Colfer). Do you think the two will make a cute couple? I can't wait till his debut!

Britney/Brittany: Highest Ratings Ever

Wow. How else can I describe it? This episode blew my mind! 13 MILLION viewers tuned into last night's episode - more than ever before!Jacob Israel was a little bit...awkward. Or a lot a bit. And then comes Emma's dentist/boyfriend, Carl. John Stamos! Who would've thought? I love him! He was always my favorite character on Full House :). The Glee club's hallucinations were so funny! My favorite was when Brittany performed "I'm A Slave 4 U" - her first solo performance! And how about the Guys' performance of "Stronger"? I'm so glad Artie and Finn are on the team! And where was Sam this episode? I absolutely LOVED Glee's rendition of "Toxic" at the rally. And how about Rachel? I think her performance of "Only Exception" made the episode even more amazing! Can't wait for next week!

Glee Goes Toxic (with Justin Bieber?)

Who's excited??? I am! The second episode of Glee's second season, "Britney/Brittany", is premiering TONIGHT on FOX at 9pm! I just heard that they will be performing a rendition of one of my favorite songs, "Only Exception" by Paramore. Rumors have been floating around that Justin Bieber is wanted for an appearance on the show by many people, including "Glee" star Lea Michele (Rachel). Lea told Hollywood News that "[We] have an Academy Award Winner coming on 'Glee' in the next few episodes that is not Justin Bieber." I guess we'll just have to wait and see who it is!

GLEE season 2 kickoff: "Audition"

This looks like it's going to be an AWESOME season! The first episode was amazing. I loved Jacob Israel's "Glee's Gay Summer" interviews in the beginning and the glee club's performance of "Empire State of Mind" was incredible :D. What do you think is another funny question that Jacob could've asked someone? I'll put the best ones in my next Glee post. There are also a few new cast members this season. Coach Bieste (Dot Jones) is the new female football coach who has a sensitive side, Sunshine Corazon (Charice) puts Rachel to the test when she puts on an amazing performance of "Listen", and Sam (Chord Overstreet) gets his game on when he becomes the new quarterback after Finn gets kicked off for trying to help Artie out, and sings a fantastic rendition of "Billionaire" as well.
